Since 2002, Ms. Hayes has served in a number of capacities with The Adventure Club.  During this time she has structured nine new Adventure Club sites, served as the liaison for the Adventure Club and 1,200 clients, two private school sectors, and four public school administrations. For 8 years, Ms. Hayes was responsible for the management of the corporate office, 12 operational sites, and 40 employees.

At the start of 2012, Ms. Hayes accepted the position as Director of Professional Development & Business Acquisition.  In this role, Ms. Hayes is responsible for The Adventure Club’s Leadership Academy, quality enhancement at each of our 11 sites, and the pursuit of additional school corporations.

Ms. Hayes earned a B.A. in Marketing and Communication from Columbia College in Chicago, IL.
