We are currently seeking a qualified Site Coordinator for our Dyer, IN location. The role of the Site Coordinator (SC) is to provide a safe, fun, and stimulating environment that encourages, fosters, and teaches independence to young children. To give parents peace of mind so they can work effectively and efficiently. To promote an environment where children can accept, value, and respect the diversity of each individual’s culture, religion, gender, race, social economic status, and family structure without bias and prejudice. To lead and manage your staff effectively and efficiently. To be the liaison to parents and to the corporate office.

The minimum qualifications needed to qualify for employment are:



• Be at least 18 years of age
• One year or more of child care experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be available to work a split-shift, five (5) days a week: 

       Split-Shift Hours: Mornings (6:30am - 9:00am) and Afternoons (2:00pm - 6:00pm)

• Pass a drug test, TB test and criminal background check
• Starting pay is $8.00 per hour
