• Criminal History Screening
• Initial / Random Drug Testing
• Annual TB Tests
• Certified safety training (First Aid/CPR/Epi-Pen)
• Child abuse, neglect, and prevention
• Annual Kick-Off Training (6 hours)
• Monthly Site Coordinator Meetings.



The TAC Leadership Academy provides our employees with the tools they need to expand their potential through effective leadership skills training in areas like: team building, strategic planning, decision making, effective communication and safety awareness.
