TAC Team Experience

 

Our competent and knowledgable staff has experience with children and the following mandatory requirements:



  • Criminal History Screening
  • Initial / Random Drug Testing
  • Annual TB Tests
  • Certified safety training (First Aid/CPR/Epi-Pen)
  • Child abuse, neglect, and prevention
  • Annual Kick-Off Training (6 hours)
  • Monthly Site Coordinator Meetings.



The TAC Leadership Academy provides our employees with the tools they need to expand their potential through effective leadership skills training in areas like: team building, strategic planning, decision making, effective communication and safety awareness. Our 2011-2012 Leadership Academy training consisted of:



  • Behavior & Bullying: "Be A Buddy, Not A Bully"
  • Safety: "The ABC's of Safety"
  • "Preventing Child Abuse/From Darkness to Light"
  • Communication: "The Art of Communication"
